Responsibilities

Answer phones professionally and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
Operate switchboard telephone system
Communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
Schedule inbound callers service appointments
Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Strongcustomer service and communication skills(phone in person and written)
Ability tomultitask and stay organizedin a high-volume fast-paced setting
Comfortableanswering phones scheduling appointments and greeting customers
Basiccomputer skills(email calendars data entry; dealership software a plus)
Reliable punctual andprofessional demeanor
Ability towork independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude andwillingness to learn
Coach-able and open to feedback
Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure
