Today the Group owns operates and manages 100 hotels under our family of five brands: Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts Shangri-La Signatures Kerry Hotels JEN by Shangri-La and Traders.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager Human Resources (Rewards & Benefits) you will support the critical operations and initiatives of the Group Rewards & Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of HRIS compensation module including UAT User Manual preparation etc.
  • Lead insurance and benefits review
  • Review and design incentive plans including bonus modelling and simulation
  • Conduct pay benchmarking and review pay structure
  • Develop review and maintain job family and job grading structure
  • Review and develop policies guidelines and processes in relation to rewards and benefits
  • Support seasonal budgeting and pay review cycles
  • Support other rewards and benefits projects

About You

  • University degree in Human ResourcesScience Mathematics Statisticsis preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferably with consulting and corporate human resources experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered a more junior role.
  • Attend to details and good analytical thinking
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and outside parties in a non-technical language
  • Excellent communication skills (written/ oral) and presentation skills
  • Efficient in follow-throughs
  • Good project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
