Job Summary
Position Role: AB Coy Trg Officer - Captain
Domestic Considerations.
RSDs 44 p.a. Plus more available. Army Reserve post. Some travel and overnight duty required along with 2 weeks Annual Collective Training Jun/Jul. Weekly Training Evenings Tuesday in Oxford - Term time only.
Responsibilities:
the Army Reserve training staff during training night and weekend training.
2. Deliver unit AT with the help of OCdts and Permanent Staff Instructors.
3. Support RHQ projects annually assist in planning delivery of events such as Kings Challenge Cup Annual Camps AT expeds and Annual Social events.
4. Work with the Executive Officer in planning and delivering the new AULDP training program and examinations; the selection process; Annual Camp and all training risk assessments.
5. Deliver Army Officer Selection Board (AOSB) preparation training and annual forecast of events for the Commissioning Pipeline of future OCdts.
