Customer Service Professional with Croatian
Fullly remote position (Poland based)
Salary: 39 PLN gross per hourwe offer an employment contract or mandate contract.
Monthly salary: PLN gross.
The position is based on an equivalent working time system.
Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service(Chat/E-mail/Phone);
- Helping patientswho are using medical equipment;
- Answering incoming callsand meeting targets set by the customer and management;
- Following company policies and proceduresensuring quality;
What do we expect from you
- Language: Proficiency inCroatian (C2/native) and English (B2);
- Experience: Cool if you have experience inmedical project/interest in diabetes related topics;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office anddeveloped computer skills;
- Personality:Motivatedandenthusiastic.
