We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers with Home Health Aide (HHA) experience to join our team. As a caregiver you will aid and support to individuals in their homes or healthcare facilities helping them maintain a high quality of life and independence. Your responsibilities will include personal care companionship medication reminders meal preparation light housekeeping and transportation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medications and assist with medication reminders.
- Prepare nutritious meals and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry cleaning and organizing.
- Escort clients to appointments social outings and recreational activities.
- Document and report any changes in clients physical or mental health to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job including lifting bending and standing for long periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an HHACNA personal assistant or caregiverin a home care or healthcare setting.
- First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
- Additional healthcare certifications or training.
- IDPH Fingerprinted
