Based in Garner NC the company is expanding quickly and strengthening its position across Airbus and Boeing narrowbody platforms through customerfocused service and operational excellence.

About the Position

XAERO USA is hiring a Manager Rotable Sales to lead revenue growth and customer engagement across its aftermarket portfolio. Youll manage key accounts uncover new opportunities and drive sales strategies that expand XAEROs market presence. The role blends relationship management sales execution and datadriven planning working closely with purchasing and repair operations to align inventory with customer demand. Your work directly supports XAEROs growth in a fastmoving aviation environment.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of highlevel rotable sales experience (Airbus & Boeing narrowbody required)
  • Strong understanding of commercial aircraft operations and MRO processes
  • Established relationships in the commercial aviation aftermarket
  • Ability to build and execute sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation communication and customerfacing skills
  • Proven record of meeting revenue targets
  • Solid analytical and business planning capability
  • Proficiency with Excel Outlook and Word
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Product line management and RFP/RFQ exposure (preferred)

Experience

Ideal candidates bring:

  • 5 years in rotable sales with airlines MROs brokers or parts distributors
  • Knowledge of A320 and 737 component markets and powerplants
  • Familiarity with MRO workflows repair cycles and inventory planning
  • Bachelors degree in business Aviation Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Strong relationshipdriven sales background
  • Ability to operate in a fastpaced growthfocused environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to travel for customer visits and trade shows
