Quality Staffing Inc. also doing business as Goddard Mason Executive Search a leading full-service employment agency matching qualified talent with some of the areas top companies is looking forexperienced Service Desk Personnelto work through our agency as a contract employee with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TN DOT) located in Nashville TN. This is an on-site position working from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday for a total of 37.5 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $28.50 per hour.
Service Desk Personnel Job Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Ability to handle a call volume of up to 30 calls per day.
- Printer Administration and Troubleshooting:
- Server print queue and local queues
- Active Directory Management:
- Ability to navigate different Ous
- Ability to look up attributes
- Ability to reset passwords and unlock accounts
- InTune Management included but not limited to two-factor authentication
- iOS Management Support and Deployment
- Setting up new phones/iPads
- Resetting iTunes accounts
- Resetting network settings
- Backing Up/Restoring device data
- Cisco WebEx
- MS Teams
- Cisco Presence video solutions
- Internal vs external
- VPN
- LTE
- Wi-Fi
- Application Troubleshooting:
- Account permission
- Compatibility settings
- Browser vs installed
- MSRA
- RDP
- TEAMs
- WebEx
- Hardware Deployment
- Service Now:
- Ticket management
- Ticket assignment
Minimum Skills and Requirements for Service Desk Personnel position:
- People/Customer Service Skills Required
- IT Call Center Experience Preferred
- MUST be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- MUST be local to Nashville TN
