Thales are looking for an AI Deployment Manager (AIDM) to drive the evolution of Data Enablement and AI capabilities across our UK businesses and for our customers supporting both military and civilian ecosystems. This role sits within the cortAIx Factory UK helping shape develop and deploy cuttingedge AI technologies that enhance mission capability operational performance and customer outcomes.
The AIDM plays a key role in identifying opportunities within projects programmes and products translating customer needs into clear deliverables for our CortAIx Engineering teams. This is a handson role focused on delivery excellence continuous improvement and strengthening the integration of data and AI technologies across Thales UK - with particular emphasis on military Front-Line Commands and the systems they employ.
This role requires someone who can work autonomously thrive under time pressure and consistently deliver highquality outcomes.

This role will require SC Clearance. It would be advantageous if currently held however if not currently held it is a requirement that the successful applicant will undergo achieve and maintain SC Clearance. Please visit the UKSV website for further guidance.
