Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for ensuring cleanliness in all public areas and hotel rooms
- Coordinating and communicating with housekeeping assistants room attendants external contractors and the laundry department
- Monitoring the care of VIP and regular guests as well as their rooms
- All administrative tasks such as monitoring budget figures preparing monthly reports and holiday planning
- Preparing and monitoring duty rosters and staff planning
- Making decisions based on economic and sustainability considerations e.g. in procurement
- Monitoring all standards within the housekeeping department
- Leading developing and motivating team members and trainees
