Responsibilities

Support the Brazil Country Manager in driving trading volume and user growth
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product UI Marketing Branding) to execute local initiatives effectively.
Act as the key liaison between HQ and local teams ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and key stakeholders.
Track Brazil market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Requirements

Based in Brazil long-term (São Paulo preferred) with 25 years of relevant professional experience.
Background in Finance Web3 Fintech E-commerce Technology or International Chinese companies preferred.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive results-oriented mindset.
Demonstrates ambition entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commitment to career growth in Brazil.
