Job Description:

La principal responsabilidad de este departamento engloba todos los servicios necesarios para llevar a cabo la implementación operación y soporte de nuestras soluciones de comunicación y colaboración segura con foco en garantizar un alto nivel de servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.

Algunas de las tareas que realizan los miembros del departamento son:

Análisis de requisitos y necesidades de clientes tanto internos como externos.

Implementación de sistemas de comunicación y colaboración sobre 3GPP TETRA y TETRAPOL.

Integración y validación de aplicaciones 3GPP sobre terminales

Dimensionamiento configuración y preparación de dispositivos y terminales.

Soporte técnico a usuarios y apoyo logístico integrado a proyectos.
