ServiceNow Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT) and Product Catalogue Developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to manage the sales and fulfillment of telecom products and services. The role involves technical design configuration and integration with external systems to automate order capture decomposition and orchestration. ServiceNow Customization: Develop and configure SNOW modules. Scripting: Write JavaScript/GlideScript create Business Rules UI Actions and automate workflows. Integrations: Implement REST SOAP and web service integrations with external systems. Troubleshooting: Resolve issues perform updates and ensure system performance. Collaboration: Gather requirements document solutions and work with cross-functional teams. Languages: JavaScript GlideScript Modules: ITSM Service Catalog Incident Change Problem Integrations: REST SOAP MID Server Tools: Business Rules Flow Designer UI PoliciesCertifications: ServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperRoles and Responsibilities: ServiceNow Customization: Develop and configure SNOW modules.
