What Youll do

• Lead and mentor a team of backend/Boomi Integration engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions

• Define technical architecture and design patterns for the GBT mid back office and Boomi Integration systems

• Drive technical decision-making and establish development guidelines

• Conduct code reviews and ensure consistency to coding standards and quality guidelines

• Collaborate with product managers architects and customers on technical roadmap planning

• Design and develop complex Dell Boomi Integrations backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot

• Architect and implement scalable microservices solutions for travel booking and operational workflows

• Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and design efficient data models

• Deploy and handle applications on AWS ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS) platform

• Manage EC2 instances and implement cloud-native solutions

• Provide expert-level application support and resolve complex production issues

• Lead sprint planning technical grooming and delivery estimation

• Develop a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing

• Coordinate with multi-functional teams and manage technical dependencies

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and technology adoption

• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members

What Were looking for

• Bachelors in Technology with minimum 10 yearsof professionalJavadevelopment andDell Boomi Integrationexperience with3 years in technical leadership roles

• Expert-level proficiency inJava 8and advanced programming conceptsand deep expertise inSpring Boot Spring Framework and enterprise Java patterns

• Advanced knowledge ofPostgreSQLincluding performance tuning query optimization and database design

• Extensive experience withAWS cloud services particularlyROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS)andEC2

• Proven experience in designing and implementingmicroservices architectureat scale

• Strong background inapplication support production troubleshooting and incident management

• Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

• Experience in travel industry TMC operations or expense management systems

• Knowledge of additional AWS services (EKS RDS Lambda API Gateway CloudFormation)

• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka RabbitMQ)

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch Prometheus Grafana ELK stack) and understanding of security frameworks compliance requirements (PCI DSS GDPR)

• Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as codeand knowledge of performance testing and capacity planning

• Certification in AWS or Red Hat OpenShift

• Dell Boomi Integration Java 11 Spring Boot Spring Security Spring Data JPA and PostgreSQL Redis RESTful APIs GraphQL

• AWS ROSA EC2 Docker Kubernetes/OpenShift Jenkins GitLab CI/CD Maven/Gradle

• Monitoring: CloudWatch Prometheus Grafana
