Job Summary
UCHealth Medical Group and the Otolaryngology team at UCHealth Parkview Medical Group are seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join their growing ENT practice in Pueblo Colorado offering the opportunity to build a rapidly growing patient panel perform high procedural volumes and practice within a large physician-led integrated health system while delivering high-quality care to a community with substantial demand for ENT services.
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive Otolaryngology (ENT) care for patients in both outpatient clinic and surgical settings.
- Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear nose throat head and neck.
- Perform a wide range of ENT surgical procedures at the hospital and outpatient surgery center.
- Develop and manage a growing patient panel due to significant unmet demand for ENT services in the region.
- Collaborate closely with audiology specialists to deliver integrated hearing and ENT care.
- Work alongside experienced ENT physicians who provide mentorship and professional support.
- Participate in shared emergency department call coverage (1:5 rotation).
- Provide consultations for ENT-related conditions referred by regional healthcare providers.
- Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation patient management and care coordination.
- Deliver patient-centered care focused on high clinical quality and positive outcomes.
- Perform procedures in Parkview Medical Center a Level III Trauma Center.
- Conduct surgical cases at the on-campus outpatient surgery center.
- Work within a large multidisciplinary health system with strong referral networks and collaborative specialties.
- Maintain excellent communication and coordination with physicians specialists and clinical staff across the UCHealth network.
- NOT DOING ANY LOCUMS OR LOCUMS TO PERM.
- Unable to support visa candidates for this position.
- Annual Salary: $458000 $508000 for this full-time position
