About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Notary to take ownership of files and play a key role in delivering seamless property transactions. The position offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration allowing you to manage mandates end-to-end while working closely with a supportive and experienced team.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through important real estate decisions while ensuring legal accuracy compliance and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on real estate transactions including purchases sales mortgages and refinancing
Draft review and authenticate notarial deeds (deeds of sale mortgage deeds etc.)
Conduct title searches and ensure legal compliance of property transactions
Manage real estate files from opening to closing
Coordinate with clients financial institutions and other stakeholders
Identify and mitigate legal risks related to property transactions
Perform legal research related to real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Strong expertise in real estate law
Licensed Notary (or eligible to practice in Quebec)
Proven experience handling real estate transactions and notarial acts
Excellent drafting and documentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client management skills
Proficiency in legal and notarial software/tools
