Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development along with exposure to Agentforce (AI capabilities) and Data Cloud.
This role requires someone who can independently handle development collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead requirement-gathering discussions with stakeholders

Lightning Web Components (LWC) Mandatory
Apex Triggers Aura Components Flows
Salesforce Agentforce (
AI Agents Prompt Templates Autonomous Actions)
Salesforce Data Cloud (Data Models Streams Segmentation Identity Resolution)
REST API Integrations Connected Apps OAuth
Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management
Requirement Gathering & Functional Discussions

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions
Lead requirement gathering sessions with Product and Business teams
Develop using Apex LWC Aura Components and Flows
Work on AI-driven Salesforce capabilities (Agentforce)
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs
Debug and resolve complex technical issues independently
Coordinate and guide offshore development teams
Ensure best practices in development security and performance

Required Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in: Apex Triggers Visualforce
Lightning (LWC & Aura Components)
Workflow Rules Process Builder Flow Builder
Experience with: Salesforce Content Management (Content Version Documents Distribution)
Integration tools (REST APIs OAuth Connected Apps)
Proficiency in a modern OO language (preferably Java)
Understanding of Salesforce security model
Knowledge of design patterns and application architecture

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Co-Pilot / AI tools
CI/CD tools like Flosum
HTML CSS JavaScript
Exposure to cloud platforms and automation patterns
Experience in destructive testing methodologies
