Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and execute test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Perform manual functional and regression testing within ServiceNow.
Validate new features enhancements and defect fixes.
Identify log and track defects through resolution.
Work closely with developers and Business Analysts to ensure quality delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in ServiceNow testing.
Strong hands-on experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
Experience in manual regression and functional testing.
Understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM HRSD CSM preferred).

Good analytical and communication skills.
