Mandatory Skills & Experience

12 years in networking and routing protocols
12 years in deep packet inspection (DPI) and NetScout Infinistream roll-out
Hands-on experience with BGP MPLS and OSPF in large environments
Ability to adhere to the required hybrid work schedule

Desirable Skills

nGeniusONE Configuration: Expert-level ability with Service Dashboards and ASI data
Protocols: Proficiency in EIGRP iBGP eBGP IS-IS SNMPv3 Syslog and Netflow
Technical Tools: Experience with MS Visio for architectural designs
Troubleshooting: Advanced decoding of complex flows (HTTP/S SQL DNS VoIP/SIP)

Special Notes

Travel: Required between offices and for maintenance windows; OTI will not reimburse any travel expenses
Hybrid Work Location: Data centers and various agency locations across the five boroughs of NYC
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site 2 days remote); 35 hours/week
