Job Summary
Role: GTM Systems Engineer
Priority Location: Global (Open to South Africa Philippines Latin America Eastern Europe)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 40hrs/week Flexible hours with occasional overlap in US Pacific Timezone

Salary Range: Up to $2500/month

About the Role: We are seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to build and manage our automated revenue engine. This is a technical builder role focused on data orchestration and outbound automation. We are not looking for an SDR to send manual emails; we are looking for an engineer to build the pipes that automate the entire prospect-to-meeting journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Signal-Based Sourcing: Build Clay tables that identify high-intent accounts based on specific market signals and technological footprints.
- Automation Logic: Design n8n workflows that move data seamlessly from sourcing enrichment verification outreach.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Manage 20 domains and 50 inboxes ensuring maximum deliverability and technical health.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Deploy automated sequences across Email and LinkedIn ensuring high personalization via AI-driven logic.
- Data Hygiene: Ensure all data synced to the CRM is clean normalized and correctly attributed.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience building revenue machines (Showcase of previous workflows required).
- Mandatory Tech Stack: Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in:
- Clay: (Expert) Waterfall enrichment custom HTTP API nodes and AI-column logic.
- n8n: (Advanced) Complex branching logic webhooks and data transformation.
- Outbound: and HeyReach (or Lemlist).
- Infrastructure: Domain health management (SPF DKIM DMARC) and inbox rotation.
- High comfort level with JSON Webhooks and API documentation.
- A Productivity First mindsetobsessed with removing manual friction.
- Strong written and verbal English skills for technical documentation and logic.
- A capacity to thrive in a high-demand environment and work effectively alongside founders.
