Ansell is looking for a Assoc Specialist Tender Support to join our team in Cyberjaya! In this role you will be working with tender platforms systematically identifying and qualifying new business opportunities from a global landscape of tender platforms. You will support the tender pipeline and business development process. By managing the initial stages of opportunities identification and data management the Tender and Proposal Specialist/ Tendering Platform Associate allows the Senior Sales and Tender Team to focus their efforts on high-value strategic opportunities making the entire tender process more efficient and successful.

What your role will be

You will be:

• Systematically oversee and monitor tender platforms across global market

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities align with Chemical BU

• Manage the opportunity pipeline within CRM ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

• Conduct initial product assessment to determine the feasibility and alignment of opportunities with BU Chemical portfolio

• Assist in managing the companys subscriptions to tender platforms and renewals including optimization of the search profiles.

• Maintain the internal repository of tender documentation ensuring all files are organized and accessible

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal vertical stakeholders fostering strong working relationships

• Support communication with vertical stakeholders and regional teams

What will you bring to Ansell

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration Public Administration Law or a related field is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative tendering or business development support role or supporting public sector bid responses (min. entry-level experience acceptable)
• Familiarity with tender or procurement platforms and CRM tools
• Ability to execute tasks with precision and accuracy is non-negotiable
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple bids and working to deadlines
• Ideally experienced in the Health & Safety / PPE / Protective Equipment industry
