How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

1. Suporte ao Controle Financeiro de Projetos
Controle de Custos (Budget): Alimentar planilhas de controle de gastos por obra
comparando o orçado vs. o realizado.
Gestão de Notas Fiscais: Receber conferir e classificar notas fiscais de
fornecedores de materiais (tubos válvulas máquinas) e prestadores de serviço.
Fluxo de Caixa de Obra: Auxiliar no acompanhamento de contas a pagar e a
receber vinculadas às medições de contrato.
Controle de Medições: Preparar as memórias de cálculo das medições para
faturamento junto ao cliente final.
2. Planejamento e Indicadores (KPIs)
Relatórios de Progresso: Auxiliar na atualização do cronograma físico-financeiro
(Curva S).
Organização de Arquivo Técnico: Manter o histórico de orçamentos revisões de
projeto e documentos de entrega (Data Books)
Indicadores: Atualizar as bases de dados para os indicadores relacionados aos
projetos.
3. Apoio em Projetos e Dimensionamento
Modelagem: Auxiliar na elaboração de plantas baixas cortes e isométricos de
tubulações e dutos em ferramentas como AutoCAD ou Revit (BIM).
Levantamento de Quantitativos: Extrair dos projetos a quantidade exata de
materiais (tubos conexões suportes válvulas) para elaboração de orçamentos.
Cálculos de Auxílio: Apoiar em cálculos simples de perda de carga
dimensionamento de bombas e seleção de componentes em catálogos técnicos.

Do you have these requirements

Curso Superior desejáveis: Engenharias mecânica civil mecatrônica química de produção mecânica e biomédica com formação prevista para dezembro/2027.

Excel Avançado: É a ferramenta principal para este cargo (PROCV Tabelas
Dinâmicas Gráficos).
Sistemas de Gestão (ERP): Desejável familiaridade com softwares de gestão (ex: TOTVS ou softwares específicos de engenharia).
Softwares: Domínio de AutoCAD é obrigatório; conhecimento em BIM (Revit) ou
MS Project é um grande diferencial competitivo.
Leitura Técnica: Capacidade de interpretar fluxogramas de processo e diagramas unifilares.
