Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Master Data Management!
We are seeking an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience. You should have Strong Accounting Knowledge in Fixed Assets Intercompany and Month end closing and reporting.

Responsibilities
Ability to link master data issues/challenges to business processes problems and analytics Month-end standard activities
Knowledge of one or multi-data domains such as Material/Finish Products Vendor Customer Pricing and Finance Master Data (charts of accounts cost centers legal entities etc.)
Support in developing point of views thought leadership content to establish Genpact as a leader in MDM
Experience in handling data in or outside of MDM (Order Management; Claims; AP; R2R reporting etc.)
Strong understanding of standards and processes in ERP such as SAP
Should be well versed with SAP instance. S4 knowledge is a bonus
Work on EC data for different modules like MM SD FICO & create & update Master data as requested
Should be able to work with business & identifying issues proactively & help update SAP

Minimum qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills - Good written and verbal language skills as per country requirement for the in-scope profile.
Good Negotiation Skills.
High customer service orientation.
Ability to prioritize optimally be flexible as needs change.
Preferred Qualifications
IT skills: Technology skills SAP experience preferred.
Flexibility to adjust standard guidelines to exceptions following the required level of integrity.
