What youll do
- Supporting the Accounts Payable Function
- Updation and maintenance of AP Tracker from the AP Mail box
- Posting of invoices / expenses in S4H
- validation of invoice with PO
- Following up with BU lead for invoice approval- two way approvals
- Working in co-ordination with the finance team for ad-hoc support
- Explore process efficiency through automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders & suggest on process improvements on End to End AP process
- Collaborate with Treasury on Working Capital management
- Vendor reconciliations
- MSME compliances
What youll need - Commerce Graduation with experience in Taxation / Accounting Minimum 8-10 years of hands on experience
- Hands on Experience in GST
- Good written and verbal communication skills
