We are looking for a Localization Account Manager.
As an Account Manager youll drive business growth by converting leads and nurturing client relationships across a diverse portfolio. Youll be the bridge between our services and clients from individual professionals to large corporations ensuring exceptional service delivery and sustainable growth.
We are offering an in-house position in our offices in Rome.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: lead the full client acquisition process by transforming inbound leads into long-term partnerships through tailored solutions.
- Account Development: identify and capitalize on opportunities for account growth while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Portfolio Management: oversee and ensure the health profitability and satisfaction of your client portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding client solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Performance Tracking: analyze KPIs and implement data-driven strategies to optimize client portfolios for better performance.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention with a proven ability to convert leads into lasting partnerships.
- Account Management Expertise: strong track record in growing and maintaining client relationships maximizing account value and ensuring profitability.
- Language Skills: fluent in English with proficiency in at least one additional language (Italian German or French preferred).
- Cultural Competence: proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments with a diverse range of client portfolios.
- Analytical Skills: experience in monitoring and enhancing key metrics such as client retention rates revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven track record of successful teamwork and consistently surpassing targets.
- Strong strategic problem-solving abilities with a focus on customizing solutions to meet diverse client needs.
