About the role:
The surgical unit is looking to recruit an associate nurse unit manager for a fixed term contract. The Associate Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for the coordination and organisation of staff and resources to ensure the delivery of quality patient focused care. The Associate Nurse Unit Manager accepts the responsibility of clinical and corporate coordination of the unit in absence of the Nurse Unit Manager. Previous experience in a mixed ward desirable.
