What is the job
As a Group Sales Consultant youll be part of the Commercial Department supporting Regals nationwide Group Sales business. This role is all about connecting customers with unforgettable movieâgoing experienceswhether theyre planning a school outing corporate event private screening or celebration. Youll be the expert who guides them through Regals offerings and helps them bring their event vision to life.
Youll thrive in a fastâpaced highâvolume environment where professionalism product knowledge and a salesâdriven mindset come together. Every inquiry is an opportunity to create value build relationships and contribute directly to Regals revenue growth. If you enjoy helping customers closing deals and working at the heart of the movie industry this role fits beautifully.
What will you be doing
- Maximize revenue by approaching every inquiry with a proactive sales mindset.
- Sell group tickets and private auditorium rentals through phone and electronic communication.
- Provide quotes answer questions prepare agreements and close sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records while managing high call and email volume.
- Collaborate with theatres and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
About you
- Bring strong motivation to generate revenue while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communicate with professionalism confidence and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Stay organized multitask effectively and manage details with accuracy.
- Learn and navigate CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CE) in a callâcenter environment.
