Responsibilities
Asset Integrity Lead is responsible for leading a team that is implementing the mechanical integrity piping program for in-service piping and executing quality assurance and quality control to ensure piping is installed maintained and operated in a safe and reliable manner. This role is responsible for ensuring execution of planning coordination and inspection activities to meet applicable code jurisdictional and company requirements. Provide leadership for team to achieve piping inspections results/expectations safely for Tennessee Operations (TNO) Site Assist in stewardship of piping quality standards manuals and policies Responsible for teams execution of piping inspections test plans and implementing management systems to ensure compliance with applicable requirements Coordinate with team members to ensure quality and consistency of inspections Provide ongoing coaching and responsible for training and development of piping inspectors and shop/field weld inspectors Understand develop and leverage group members strengths while managing workload and staffing levels Develop strategic vision and provide leadership for key department and division initiatives Participate in asset integrity and piping inspection related audits and addressing findings Interface with other engineering functions and contractor organizations Manage group controllable expenditures and communicate relevant information to team members

Qualifications
Associate degree technical diploma or equivalent with 5 years of industry experience. Or Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent with 2 years of industry experience Effective communication skills 2 years of experience in piping inspection mechanical integrity or engineering in a chemical petrochemical or manufacturing environment Familiarity with mechanical integrity inspections QA/QC and non-destructive examination (NDE) techniques Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to engineering/inspection in the chemical industry A plus if candidate has Prior experience leading a team Piping/welding inspection experiences API 570 certification CWI certification
