What youll do at Sol:

Provide data analytics services to help solve client business problems/objectives drive business value and gain strategy and insight from information

Focus on complex client business problems involving the acquisition validation and analysis of data

Review and analyze new data sources including identifying data structure and quality issues

Research data sources in support of client business requirements

Facilitate cross-functional team members understanding of what can and cannot be supported with specific datasets

Integrate various data sources into reporting tools and dashboards (e.g. Demo Tableau Power BI Looker etc.)

Partner closely with internal client teams to understand support and improve their data collection and analysis processes and capabilities

Collaborate with Sol business analysts and provide executive-level analysis and presentations on business-related issues/problems and recommend actions for resolution/improvement

What were looking for:

5 years of experience in the data and analytics space

Demonstrated AI fluency including the use of generative AI and machine learning to accelerate data discovery automate data validation and enhance the synthesis of complex datasets for executive-level insights.

Strong proficiency in Project Management tools including MS Project & Visio

Experience working with data visualization/reporting tools (Demo Tableau Power BI etc.)

Ability to work independently to discover data understand data relationships and deliver support to client business teams

Strong analytical and communication skills

Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite / Teams / 365 including PowerPoint and Excel with advanced analytical and communication skills via Office/Teams/365.

Ability to speak comfortably in front of an executive audience and lead productive and pointed meetings among stakeholders

Ability to quickly adopt potential client workplace communications and productivity platforms (e.g. Zoom Slack Google
