As our Product Developer youll be at the epicenter of building the next frontier of alternative food ingredients taking our coffee and cocoa-based concepts from early-stage ideas to products that land on shelves and in cups around the world.

As our Product Developer youll be at the epicenter of building the next frontier of alternative food ingredients taking our coffee and cocoa-based concepts from early-stage ideas to products that land on shelves and in cups around the world.
A Taste of What to Expect
- Own the full product development journey from concept through to market launch for innovative alternative coffee and cocoa-based applications always with quality functionality and cost targets firmly in sight
- Drive continuous flavor improvement of our coffee and chocolate alternatives in close collaboration with the Flavor & Analytics team to nail every application need
- Lead COGS improvement initiatives across R&D procurement production and operations and pull in the right external partners and suppliers to make it happen
- Partner with Business Development and Marketing to identify high-potential markets and applications and turn prospects into customers through compelling application sampling
- Be the technical point of contact for CoMans partners and customers including hands-on line trials and on-site technical training
- Take full ownership of cross-functional projects and move them forward
The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
- You bring at least 5 years of industry experience in coffee- and/or milk-based product application development you know this space deeply and have the track record to prove it
- Experience across the full product lifecycle: concept launch customer support and everything after: youve seen products land in the real world
- Experienced in fast-moving dynamic environments where priorities shift and you adapt without missing a beat
- Hands-on contributor in cross-functional project teams with full ownership
- Proactive solution-oriented and relentless about moving things forward: blockers are just puzzles you havent solved yet
- Strong communicator with the confidence and clarity to train and influence customers partners and internal stakeholders alike
- Experience in line trials scale-up and relevant industrial processes is a strong plus
