About the Role:
We are seeking a Front-End Developer with a strong interest in motion and interaction design. You will focus on bringing digital experiences to life through purposeful high-quality animation that enhances usability and strengthens brand expression.
You will work closely with design and development teams to create engaging dynamic interactions while ensuring performance and accessibility standards are maintained.
What you will do:
Animation and motion development
- Build animations using CSS JavaScript and SVGs leveraging modern animation libraries and AI solutions.
- Apply animations to new and existing visual elements across web properties.
- Integrate animation assets into development workflows.
- Ensure animations are performant responsive and accessible.
Motion system and standards
- Establish motion principles and guidelines in collaboration with design.
- Contribute to a motion style guide aligned with brand standards.
- Ensure consistency in transitions micro-interactions and interactive feedback.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the development team.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with designers to translate motion concepts into scalable implementations.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate animation into shared components.
- Refine interactive experiences based on feedback and testing.
Sitecore platform contribution
- Develop working expertise in the Sitecore platform.
- Build and update pages using existing components and templates.
- Stage pages for review incorporate feedback and independently publish updates.
- Support migration initiatives and large coordinated releases.
- Assist with content authoring and help unblock cross-functional teams when priorities shift.
What you need to succeed:
- 2years of front-end development experience.
- A demonstrated portfolio of prior motion or interactive solutions.
- Strong proficiency in CSS animations and transitions.
- Experience with JavaScript animation libraries such as GSAP or similar tools.
- Experience working with SVG animations.
- Familiarity with LottieFiles and motion asset workflows.
- Understanding of performance considerations related to animation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate the ideation prototyping and production of animations and interactive experiences.
