Automotive Group in the Franklin TN area seeks a local experienced Automotive Dealership Office Manager to assist the controller in running the accounting office. The candidate who will succeed in this position will be highly organized and have a thorough understanding of a dealership accounting office. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record within an automotive dealership environment who is hands-on and able to train office staff.
Candidate Requirements:
2 years as office manager within an automobile dealership
Reynolds and Reynolds software experience a must
Able to display knowledge and understanding of all areas of auto dealer operations
Able to effectively manage office staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to effectively handle personnel issues
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel a plus
