You thrive when managing multiple workstreams from contentlocalisationto vendor management and you bring a strong understanding of best practices in event strategy and execution. Your ability to gather track and interpret event data helps refine planning anddemonstrateimpact. The role will require travel up to 30% which you welcome as part of creating meaningful experiences for our audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan manage and execute regional events aligned with Illuminas strategic priorities

• Deliver all aspects of tradeshows and Illuminahosted events (facetoface and virtual) covering preevent preparation onsite delivery and postevent followup

• Localiseevent content while ensuring alignment with global brand guidance

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Digital Specialists to develop and coordinate digital event assets

• Provideexpertiseto sales teams and marketing stakeholders on event strategy execution best practices and available tools

• Work closely with the internal creative lab regionalprogrammemanagers and subregional marketing partners to align on content and messaging

Vendor & Logistic Management

• Manage event vendors and ensure compliance with governance and vendormanagement guidelines

• Coordinatelogisticsfor external presenters partners and Illumina staff

• Oversee all procurement budgeting and invoicing associated with events

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Capture relevant event data inappropriate systems

• Track and upload lead data reporting on performance and event outcomes

• Analyseevents to inform continuous improvement
