Your work will focus on customizing and enhancing survey logic email templates and workflows to meet evolving business needs. You will ensure code quality documentation and long-term maintainability. |

| - Strong analytical and coding skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and modify existing logic.
- Collaborative mindset to work with both technical and business teams.
- Discipline in documentation and testing practices.

Must have technical skill | - Strong proficiency in JavaScript for survey logic and email template development.
- Experience with source code management (Git/GitHub).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
- Unit testing and regression testing experience.
- Experience with Qualtrics platform customization.
- Dashboard development with Qualtrics tool

Good to have technical skills | - Exposure to Python for API-based data updates.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools.
- Experience with web services integration (e.g. AWS Translation Services).
- Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation.
