What you would do as our Indirect Spend Analyst
The Analyst Indirect Spend & Reporting plays a critical role in ensuring accurate complete and decision-ready data across Indirect Spend Real Estate footprint sustainability compliance and savings performance within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions.
The role acts as a data owner and governance enabler working across business areas regions and functions to standardize reporting improve data quality and enable fact-based decision-making.
You would also:
Own and maintain data quality standards across Indirect Spend reporting domains and identify validate and resolve missing or inconsistent data across reporting tools.
Maintain and govern the central Footprint Tool for Real Estate reporting and support standardized Indirect Spend and savings reporting in Provalido.
Coordinate supplier Code of Conduct compliance tracking and reporting and collect and validate business travel and sustainability-related data.
Support Category Managers with RFIs RFQs and supplier evaluations.
Lead structured stakeholder reviews and provide management reporting and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or Finance.
Has passion and engagement for driving change as well as a strong desire to develop professionally.
Is positive entrepreneurial and hands-on personality and has ability to multi-task on several ongoing projects.
Has can-do attitude and a proactive mindset and also excellent social collaboration and communication skills to navigate in a matrix organization.
Has high proficiency in English.
