Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Were hiring a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse in Jacksonville Florida who wants autonomy flexibility and steady visit volume without facility burnout.
Youll step into a field-based clinical role focused on skilled nursing visits including wound care wound vac management catheter care IV support and medication education. Youll manage your own schedule within the Medicare week with supportive leadership behind younot micromanaging you.

Home Health experience is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$40 per visit
Medical insurance stipend up to 50%
3 weeks PTO (4 weeks after 3 years)
