What you will do (Responsibilities)
- Execute Chevrolets commercial strategy within the assigned zone.
- Ensure achievement of Retail and Wholesale sales targets.
- Drive Market Share growth within the territory.
- Manage and develop the dealer network and sales force.
- Implement tactical actions and commercial initiatives in the field.
- Monitor dealer inventory pipeline and business conversion.
- Ensure compliance with GM commercial campaigns and standards across the network.
- Maintain strong field presence to support dealer performance and execution.
- Analyze market trends competition and business opportunities to guide decision-making.
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications)
- 812 years of experience in:
- Automotive industry
- Sales
- Dealer management
- Proven experience in:
- Dealer network management
- Automotive sales
- Business development
- Field-based execution
- Strong results orientation and ability to drive commercial target achievement.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills to interpret market data and identify opportunities.
- Ability to influence and mobilize dealer principals and sales teams.
- Excellent relationshipbuilding skills with commercial stakeholders.
What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working for an automotive OEM.
- Background in automotive financing.
- Experience in automotive retail environments.
- Strong understanding of competitive dynamics within the automotive industry.
