Processing mutations in terms of inflow throughput and outflow in our HR system: youre on it.

How do you do this You ensure that all personnel mutations are processed correctly. You play a crucial role in personnel administration and coordinate the work internally with your colleagues from HR Support.

In addition you will support HR colleagues managers and employees working at various DSV sites.

To be successful in this role knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations is essential. You are responsible for all movements concerning inflow throughput and outflow in the HR system submitted by employees managers and HR colleagues. You are excellent at recognising reconciling and correcting discrepancies and you take into account specific collective labour agreement regulations and procedures of various business units. With your talent for accuracy and eye for detail you contribute to a flawless personnel administration at DSV. You will achieve this by:

• taking care of and administering all common correspondence focused on the HR process;
• ensuring the completeness of digital personnel files keeping the data in the HR system up to date and passing on relevant mutations to relevant parties;
• point of contact for employees managers and HR colleagues with questions about mutations submitted via digital workflows terms of employment and (social) legislation and regulations;
• contributing to the optimisation of work processes within the department.

You bring

• a completed education preferably in Human Resource Management or Personnel and Labour;
• experience in working with multiple business units legal entities and applicable collective labour agreements;
• command of the Dutch and English languages;
