The K Company is looking for experienced high-energy Sheet Metal Foremen to join our growing Columbus team. We are an airside mechanical contractor delivering quality HVAC solutions for over 50 years in Northeast Ohio. Our Westerville office has been building a reputation for HVAC excellence for 6 years and were expanding rapidly in the Columbus market.

What Youll Do:
- Lead and motivate crews to achieve production goals while keeping safety #1
- Manage duct releases using cutting-edge 3D coordination technology on computers or iPads
- Participate in coordination huddles with BIM teammates to ensure smooth logistics
- Mentor apprentices and journeymen into future leaders
- Communicate schedule manpower and project updates to Project Managers
- Track installations as-builts and daily reports
- Monitor subcontractor progress and maintain organized safe workspaces
