As a Project Coordinator youll be the backbone of our project management team - providing critical administrative support and ensuring smooth operations from start-up to close-out. Youll work closely with Project Executives Project Managers Project Engineers and Superintendents as well as clients contractors and suppliers. What Youll Do
- Manage and maintain project documentation databases and filing systems.
- Prepare and process contracts purchase orders change orders and AIA documents.
- Coordinate bid invitations plan distribution and project start-up requirements.
- Track insurance certificates bonds and safety documentation.
- Assist with monthly project reports meeting minutes and close-out packages.
- Support a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What Were Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 5 years of administrative experience (construction industry experience a plus).
- Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and CMiC preferred.
- Familiarity with contract administration and AIA documents.
