Position Overview
We are actively hiring experienced ACT Ceiling Installers to join our team. This role is focused on the installation of acoustical ceiling systems (ACT) drop ceilings and suspended grid systems in commercial environments.
This is not an entry-level role candidates must have prior hands-on experience installing acoustical ceiling systems.
What Youll Do
Install acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) drop ceilings and suspended ceiling grid systems
Layout and build ceiling grid systems to spec
Read and interpret blueprints drawings and project specifications
Measure cut and install ceiling materials with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines
Coordinate with foremen project managers and other trades on-site
Maintain a clean safe and organized jobsite
What Were Looking For
Proven experience installing ACT / acoustical ceilings / drop ceilings
Strong knowledge of suspended ceiling systems and grid layout
Ability to read and work from blueprints and construction documents
Experience working on commercial construction job sites
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience with metal stud framing or drywall
Experience on large-scale commercial interior projects
