The Banquet Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and nonâalcoholic beverages during banquets receptions and special events. This role ensures exceptional guest service maintains a clean and organized bar area and adheres to all safety sanitation and alcohol service regulations. - Set up operate and break down banquet bars.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Provide friendly efficient service and monitor responsible alcohol consumption.
- Follow event orders and coordinate with banquet staff.
- Track inventory restock supplies and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety and alcohol service laws.
Qualifications:
- 1 year bartending experience; banquet/event experience preferred.
- Strong drink knowledge and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Alcohol service certification (TIPS/ServSafe) preferred.
Work Schedule:
Flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays based on event needs.
