Peripass is a tech company at heart. We build software that digitises and automates complex logistics environments for companies like Bridgestone Alpro and Arcelor Mittal. These companies have hundreds of trucks (un)loading every month and our SaaS platform helps them orchestrate that whole process. Peripass is a high-impact SaaS product used in international enterprise environments.

As a Business Development Representative youll open doors at enterprise level across multiple markets start conversations with C-level decision-makers and build the pipeline that fuels our growth. This is your ticket to becoming an Account Executive. This is where strong sales careers begin.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the French market.

  • You proactively reach out to prospects through cold calling email and LinkedIn. Expect volume: youll be making a high number of calls every day and turning conversations into opportunities.

    Lets be honest: some days will be tough. Prospects wont pick up. Other days youll book meetings back-to-back. Sales is a rollercoaster if that excites you and you have the resilience to push through youll love it here.

  • You research and analyse target accounts to uncover their business challenges and identify how Peripass can bring value.

  • You present high-impact use cases to prospects showcasing how leading companies already benefit from Peripass.

  • You represent Peripass at fairs and events together with the Sales team.

  • Youll report directly to our BDR Team Lead.

Job requirements

  • A first experience in business development is a plus. No experience yet Show us your hunger!

  • You have a masters degree. If not but you are confident in your abilities show us anyway. Were always happy to be proven wrong!

  • You have the right mindset: commercially minded goal-oriented and never giving up.

  • Languages: You speak French at a native/full professional level. A good level of English is required since thats our internal language.

  • You have excellent communication skills and a natural talent for convincing people. Youre proactive curious and eager to learn always looking for new ways to connect solve problems and make an impact.

  • You live in the Netherlands and are open to working in our brand new office in Amsterdam.
