The role is offered as an 18-month fixed term contract
Using activity-based work actively taking part in creating a culture that inspires collaboration
Encourage knowledge sharing and incorporates exciting New Ways of Working in the everyday
Handling end user and maintaining Purchasing Orders in Consultant Asset Management team
Updating/Following up the PO and CAM Process
Co-ordinating/Managing meeting efficiently with many different stakeholders
Reporting ad-hoc basis
With occasional supervision tasks are assigned with some explanation
More independently solving medium tasks with low level of support
Supports team leader in coaching junior team members
The team handles operational purchase order handling on behalf of employees in the LEGO Group in close cooperation

BA degree or equivalent
3-5 years of professional working experience preferably in a related general Purchasing role or Purchasing administration of external IT
MS office: experienced- advanced level of excel
SAP or other large-scale ERP required
Exposure to purchase processes (procuring of IT consulting services a plus)
Analytical detail - and high-quality oriented
Manage multiple tasks successfully
Experience in working in highly collaborative environments
Open mind set and Positive thinking
Extreme respect of deadlines
Thinking out of the box and proactive approach
COUPA or any Purchasing platform
