Finance Manager (Controlling) – International Sport Broadcasting

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Global Finance team and act as a key finance business partner for large international projects.

In this role you will work closely with Project Directors and operational teams owning project budgets end-to-end and providing forward-looking financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This position will be a key contributor at the initial planning phase of a new and exciting global project working autonomously as the Finance representative in the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading project budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning
Monitoring project performance cost control margins and cash flow
Providing financial analysis and challenging assumptions to strengthen business decisions
Supporting group strategic planning and management reporting
Collaborating across finance operations HR and legal teams in a matrix environment

About you:

• 5 years experience in financial or project controlling
• Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Part-qualified / studying toward will be considered.
• Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in international or project-driven environments
• Confident communicator and proactive business partner
