Role Summary:
Filevine is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead and scale hiring across our R&D organization including SW Engineering Platform Engineering Product Management and Machine Learning. This role is critical to our growth and requires someone who thrives in high-volume fast-paced environments and understands the urgency and nuance of technical hiring.
The ideal candidate is highly organized adaptable and confident partnering with senior leaders. Youll own full-cycle recruiting while helping shape hiring strategy improve processes and ensure we consistently deliver a strong candidate experience. Were looking for someone who is dependable driven and energized by ambitious hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting for the R&D organization from intake through offer and close
Partner directly with hiring managers and engineering leaders to clarify role requirements hiring priorities and timelines
Manage the complete candidate lifecycle in Lever (ATS) ensuring accuracy organization and timely follow-ups
Personally conduct candidate screenings and coordinate all interview logistics including scheduling feedback collection offer calls and onboarding handoff
Actively source experienced technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build qualified pipelines
Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines through consistent outreach follow-ups and market research
Evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural alignment maintaining quality while moving quickly
Adjust sourcing approaches and execution plans to keep pace with high-volume fast-moving hiring goals
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in technical recruiting ideally supporting high-volume fast-growing teams
Strong understanding of technical roles including programming languages frameworks and modern engineering practices
Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Comfortable working independently and driving results with minimal direction
Ability to be transparent candid and consultative with both internal stakeholders and external candidates
Experience thriving in an agile rapidly changing environment
Skilled in conducting a range of interview types including structured competency-based and behavioral interviews
