Job Summary
Your tasks
- You manage and further develop our Linux systems which form the backbone of our infrastructure
- You take ownership of various operational information security topics including endpoint hardening vulnerability management IDS SIEM and more
- You support our team across different levels of tasks covering the full breadth of IT challenges
- You contribute to the development and optimization of IT processes to support our growing user base
- You drive automation and configuration management (IaC/CaC) to increase efficiency and reliability within our environment
- You work closely with crossfunctional teams using modern Agile methods such as Kanban and Scrum
Requirements
- You bring several years of experience administering and working with Linux systems
- You have a solid background in operational information security
- You have experience in multilevel IT support and enjoy tackling a wide range of technical challenges
- You have a strong understanding of computer networks and common protocols (DNS DHCP IP NTP SSH etc.)
- You have handson experience developing and implementing IT processes
- You bring skills in automation and configuration management (e.g. IaC CaC)
- You work independently and in a structured way maintaining high-quality standards
- You are fluent in both German and English
