Das sind deine Aufgaben

You will support Sourcing managers Legal and other Departments for the preparation of the Supply Agreements aligning the supply agreement to the main EPC and to the internal requirements.
You will take part to the contract negotiation with the main Suppliers.
You will support the prequalification of the Suppliers.
You will insert the Contracts and PO in the company Digital Management System.
You will contribute to the creation of internal R&R and Sourcing processes.
You will provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.

Requirements

You are currently pursuing a degree inBusiness AdministrationBusiness LawIndustrial Engineering or a related field.
You are fluent inEnglish both written and spoken. Additional language skills inSpanishGerman orItalianare a plus.
You have solidExcel knowledge(e.g. working with spreadsheets filters and formulas) and a strong interest indigital tools and systems.
