What You Will Do:
- Provide administration implementation and maintenance of security best practices following recommendation from our SOC team for all technology systems used in the organization
- Collaborate with Infrastructure team to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and hardware systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
- Ensure system connectivity of all servers shared software and other applications.
- Manage and support all resources in a hybrid environment consisting of servers on-prem and on azure cloud with a mix of Windows Serveroperating systems.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment consisting of different network equipment (Cisco HP Palo Alto)
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests including end-user reviews for modified and new systems.
- Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
- Provide local and remote user support using Jira Service Management helpdesk system and GoTo-Logme in for remote administration.
What You Will Need:
- Senior Systems Administrator with 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
- Proven experience with systems planning security principles and general Network infrastructure management best practices.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices for PCI compliance.
- Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems plan and deploy as required by business
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
