Job description
Model: Fully Onsite
Scope: Fully Employed
Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend creation and maintenance of documentation for complex enterprise software solutions
Work closely with engineers product managers and subjectmatter experts to produce accurate useroriented content
Develop and maintain structured documentation such as user manuals developer/API references and inproduct help
Translate technical concepts into clear accessible explanations for users developers and support teams
Coordinate documentation updates with Agile development cycles and release schedule
Leverage AI tools to enhance consistency quality and efficiency across documentation processes
Job requirements
1 years years of experience as a technical writer in an enterprise software or IT environment
API Documentation Experience
Experience with Madcap Flare Git JIRA and Confluence
Experience creating videos for technical documentation. Experience with Mimic or Camtasia is an advantage
Familiarity with AI concepts and AI-assisted writing tools
