Netwave Systems B.V. has an open position for a Logistics Coordinator at our Zoetermeer office.

All our maritime products are sold by our own sales team through our global distribution network to shipping companies shipowners and leisure markets all over the world.
About the Role
The Logistics Coordinatoris a member of the logistics team and coordinates andprovidessupport forthe flows of materials information and finished goods incoming and outcoming.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating shipments of products and if applicablemanagingconsolidation of multiple orders and partial shipments for a given customer.
- Calculating or requestingthequote for freight ifrequired.
- Conducting direct communication with customers via phone/email/videoconferencing to confirm thedeliveries ofordersandprovidingaccurateinformation on shipment.
- Planning and managing the shipment and addressing the specific requirements in co-operation with Operations for complex orders.
- Creatingshippingdocuments and communicating to the warehouse and freight forwarder.
- Complying withtransport of dangerous goods regulation ifrequired.
- Booking the shipment with the freight forwarder.
- Collecting relevant proof documents of the shipment including the customs declaration in the ERP system
- Preparing checking distributing customer invoices and credit notes in collaboration with Finance.
- Assisting withthe flows of products and parts on a daily basis and according to the one-time-right principleand company stock policies.
- Assisting collection offinished goods from production department for storing in warehouse and/or preparing for delivery to customer
- Assistingincorrect packing of productsaccording to company quality standards.
- Registering any product- and process non-conformities.
- Identifying process improvements to create efficiencies within the department
- Managing tasks and dutiesaccording to the applicable quality standards
- Maintaining the operationalandqualitystandardsin the applicable company (ERPqualityand CRM) systems.
Requirements:
- Mid level Applied Education - MBO - level 4
- Affinity with warehouseprocesses dealing with freight forwarders
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical production/warehouse environment
- Good command of Dutch and English both verbally & written
- Team player as well as having the ability to work independently
- Experience with ERP (SAP by Design)/MRP systems is a plus
- Dangerous goods certificate - Lithium Battery (Air/Road/Sea) - is an advantage (training can be offered)
